These Terms apply only to individuals physically located in Bangladesh who are of legal adult age (18 years or older). Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

To create an account on bd95, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification, and submission is mandatory in such cases.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials strictly confidential. Your password should never be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bd95 will never ask for your password by phone or email — treat any such communication as fraudulent. You are fully liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
All users of the bd95 platform are expected to abide by the following responsibilities. By using the platform, you agree to do so only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Bangladeshi law. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Attempting to deceive other users, hack the system, or disrupt normal platform operations is not tolerated under any circumstances. bd95 monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities when necessary.
All financial transactions on the bd95 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we support popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's prevailing rules, which may change at any time. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3 business days after verification is complete; however, withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification is incomplete. bd95 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number by the user.
Deposits are credited to your account instantly. All deposits must meet the minimum amount set by the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Bonus funds are subject to specific conditions that must be met before withdrawal.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
The bd95 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. bd95 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or technical failures. All financial risks associated with betting and gaming activities are borne solely by the user. bd95 cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives. In any dispute, bd95's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.
Bd95 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. Accounts may be terminated without notice if a breach of terms, evidence of fraud, or illegal activity is detected. Operating multiple accounts or providing false information during identity verification will result in the forfeiture of all funds in the account. Users may also voluntarily request account closure; in such cases, funds will be returned after any pending bonuses or active bets have been settled. To re-register after an account has been closed, users must contact bd95 Support, and reactivation is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
All content on the bd95 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is protected under bd95's exclusive intellectual property rights. No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Any attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform will be treated as a violation of intellectual property law and may result in legal action. Users are granted limited access to the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of bd95's trademarks or brand name in any third-party work is strictly prohibited.
The bd95 platform may at times incorporate services from third-party payment gateways, game providers, or technology partners. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which bd95 accepts no responsibility. Users who voluntarily use any third-party service do so entirely at their own risk. bd95 cannot be held liable for data breaches or security incidents occurring on third-party platforms. Any complaints regarding third-party services should be raised directly with the relevant service provider.
Bd95 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute between bd95 and a user will first be pursued through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh.
